The Hawker Tempest Mk.II was the last radial-engined fighter to enter service with the RAF.
The type had been developed for the planned attack against Japan in the final phase of the war.
However, the use of atomic bombs by the Americans put an end to these plans and the Tempest Mk.II was used instead in some post-war conflicts.
In the 1950s it fought the Chinese-backed communist insurgents in Malaya with the colours of the RAF.
This model was developed in collaboration with Eduard.
