The Vought F4U-4 "Corsair" was the second main series version of the F4U series and was used from 1944. With an uprated engine, a new carburetor and an improved propeller, the F4U-4 offered increased efficiency and speed, making it a key model in World War II.
The B-25J, T-28B, Corsair & Cobra are part of the "Flying Bulls" fleet, which is currently based at Salzburg Airport in Austria. A team of enthusiasts maintain and operate a wide range of historic aircraft and perform air shows to delight spectators from all over the world. It all began in the 1980s when a T-28B was purchased. Sponsorship by Red Bull followed in the 1990s, before the team was officially named "The Flying Bulls" in 1999.
