MNO ordered 45 units in 1936.
Compared to the Ba.122, the Bš-122 had stepped wings, a different fuselage and different tail surfaces.
The engine was a Castor II-A.
In July 1937, Bš-122 aircraft were assigned to the training squadron of the 4th Aviation Regiment and the VLU.
The modified aircraft Bš-322 and B-322 were built from two Bš-122.
The Bš-322 type was powered by an Rk-17 engine and had hooded wheels.
It flew in red and white livery without registration. Bš.322.1 took part in 1937 on III. of the RČS National Flight and II. National aerobatic competitions.
