
The steel and duralumin fuselage was to be taken from the Me 264, while the wings were to be made of wood.
The undercarriage was to consist of two large diameter main wheels recessed into the fuselage and two leading wheels, and the tail unit was to have a raised tail compartment.
The fuel tanks were to be housed in the central fuselage and wings.
A pressurized, heated cabin would house a crew of four, as well as radio and radar equipment. Offensive armament was to be a 4000kg bomb in the fuselage, but no defensive armament was planned.
The P.1107/I was rejected by the RLM because they concluded that it would not have sufficient speed or maximum altitude to reach the United States safely.
