MA71203 IAF Colors Post 1967 to Present

The Vallejo Model Air colors of acrylic paints are specially developed for the airbrush technique. The paint contains a new acrylic resin with properties that were not possible in acrylic water-based paints until now. The excellent resistance, hardness and covering power of Model Air is superior to any existing water-soluble airbrush Acrylcolor.

A set with 8 model Air Colors developed for painting the aircraft of the Israeli Air Force (IAF) in a colorscheme known as “Desert Colors”, deployed after the “Six Day War” until the actual grey colorschemes of “Areal Superiority”. The colors have been formulated after a rigorous study of the bibliography available and a precise matching of the exact shade with the Federal Standard 595 colorchart. With the collaboration of “Pieza a Pieza Modeling Workshop”. The set presents the airplane profile and a description of the colors need to paint the camouflage patterns.
