U.S.S. Enterprise Aircraft Carrier

Although the Enterprise, affectionately known as “Big E,” only had an average displacement of 19,900 tons, she played an important role in many important battles in the Pacific.
Of the 22 major naval battles in the Pacific Theater during World War II, the Enterprise took part in 18. Although she was damaged 15 times, she always returned to action and became a symbol of the US Navy's will to win.
This kit depicts this famous ship as it appeared in the late stages of the war, complete with increased anti-aircraft armament and Hellcat, Corsair, Avenger and Helldiver aircraft.
