Marksman is a British anti-aircraft gun air defence system consisting of two Swiss Oerlikon 35mm anti-aircraft guns and a Marconi Series 400 radar.
The turret can be fitted to many tank hulls.
The only known major operator of the system so far is the Finnish Army, which has used the system on T-55 chassis since 1990 and installed it on Leopard 2 hulls in 2016.
The system on Chieftain was only a prototype.
