The flat fuselage of the Ausf.G was equipped with a powerful, long-barreled 7.5cm combat vehicle gun.
As soon as they arrived in Finland, their skirts were removed, toolboxes were placed on the rear deck and various modifications were made to install Russian DT machine guns.
In the spring of 1944, the Ausf.G fought Russian tank forces and protected Finland from invasion.
Subsequently, concrete blocks and logs were attached to the hull of the Ausf.G to improve its defensive capabilities.
Even after the Second World War, the Ausf.G served the Finnish Army until the 1960s.
