The G7107 was developed by Chevrolet as one of the models in the G506 series. It was a four-wheel drive truck with an 83 hp engine and a load capacity of 1,500 kg. The cars were in service with the US Army and were delivered in large numbers to allied countries. They were used both in combat units and in the rear supply units. The Wehrmacht used captured vehicles for their purposes.
After the war, a large number of cars were concentrated in the warehouses of the military department. Many of them later continued their lives in different companies or in private use. Simple and reliable, Chevrolet trucks have long been found on the roads of the United States, and some of them are still in service today, repaired and reconditioned.
