Pz.Kpfw. V Panther Ausf. A 1:72

The Panzerkampfwagen V "Panther" was certainly one of the most famous tanks of World War II. It was created as a direct response to the Soviet T-34 and KV-1 tanks, which were far superior in performance and armament to the Panzer III and Panzer IV on the Eastern Front. It was powered by a V-12 Mayback engine with 700 hp and was equipped with a high-velocity 75 mm 42 KwK cannon, which was extremely effective, especially for anti-tank purposes. Thanks to a solid construction that optimized protection, mobility, speed and armament, the Panther can be considered one of the best tanks of World War II and was used on all major fronts from Italy to France to the Eastern Front.
