The G7107 four-wheel drive truck was one of the representatives of the G7100 military series.
Although most of the vehicles in this series were delivered to the Allies under the Lend-Lease programme, some of them were used in the US Army, for example in infantry, engineer and telecommunications units.
Equipped with machine guns, these cars could also be used for patrols.
